Making solar accessible when your product isn't
Ensol had proven solar technology and growing demand, but like many fast-scaling startups, their internal systems hadn't caught up with their ambitions. Teams needed better coordination tools, customers wanted more visibility into their solar journey, and the sales process needed streamlining to handle increasing volume.
Building connected systems to unlock growth
I started with an internal dashboard used by their different teams. Then redesigned their website to boost conversions. I also built a sales tools that helped the sales team close more deals. Finally, I developed customer platforms allowing users to track energy savings. These products came together as an integrated system, transforming how Ensol operated and enhancing the customer's solar experience.
